To have DSLR tethering, Nikon user can only do it by Lightroom, Aperture or Nikon Camera Control Pro. I was told today this wonderful alternative – Sofortbild. It doesn’t only provide shutter release and general control like shutter speed, aperture, ISO, but also WB, metering, image size & quality. In addition, bracketing and interval shooting!!
It supports Nikon D3x, D3, D700, D300, D200, D90, D80, D60, D40x and D40

i put the camera on top of my desktop and remote from the computer!!
