PhoneView is a great application for Mac that helps you to manage everything in iPhone.
You can edit contacts, notes, manage album and photos taken by your iPhone.
You can retrieve SMS archives, browse iPhone’s internal files, or even play your music on iPhone directly.
It happened to me few times I deleted all my girl friends SMS accidentally, but it saved me!

After I bought MacHeist bundle they added Delicious Library 2!! So great!
