   mac get better and better.

   i heard that apple already stop the current product of macbook and macbook pro, and i heard the rumor that they re-designing the new macbook and macbook pro.

   Which one is better,
   Boot Camp, Vmare or Parralel…

   Yes, the rumor said Apple would release new MacBook and iPod in Sept. So if you’re not hurry, should wait to join Apple family!

   I guess you know what’s the difference between BootCamp and other virtualization solution.

   BootCamp is just using the machine to run windows or other OS, so you have to reboot to make it work, also you would lose the benefit of Mac OS, when you use BootCamp. Also you need to allocate a dedicated partition for the other OS. Unless you’re heavy duty game player or you have any heavy duty window program to run. Now VMWare or Parallels can provide you almost no latency of speed when running on top of Mac OS in parallel. I own both VMware and Parallels, I feel VMWare is less CPU consumption, able to use multi core. I’m not sure if Parallels is catching up now, but I need VMWare for my work, so I have to make this choice.

   thx for the info bro, so when i get mac i go get the VMWare.

   btw i planning to buy it in this month since they have big offer in singapore Sing $ 2888 for mac book black 2,4 Ghz and free upgrade to 4 GB RAM, but after heard a few source that apple is re-designing the new mac, then i think i better wait maybe they will drop the price again like iphone 3G ^___^V.

   Is mac book is good enough? since i saw the spec of the Graphics is on board and only 144 MB? my current notebook is used ATI X1400 256 MB. i like to do adobe photoshop and video editing.

   I don’t think you’ll get the old one if there’s really a new model release.

   Actually, I think even Macbook is good enough for PS or video editing.
   Of coz, I would still recommend MacBook Pro for serious video work, especially you will find a larger LCD is necessary. I got my 2.4G MBP for a year and even now it’s still very fast and rock! I use it 24 hours a day. My work in office, entertainment at home and even BT with external drive when I sleep. It’s so reliable. I put it to sleep when I need to take it outside, I even seldom turn it off.

   i will wait till new model and get it this time.
   *faint of windows keep not responding even though i get 2.0 ghz cpu centrino duo and 2 GB ram.
